Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter.

You may use a model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Exceptions / custom-made products

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and that are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the customer, or goods that are clearly tailored to the customer’s personal needs.

Custom-made products: ExpertMold and ProMold

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to our ExpertMold and ProMold products.

These products are not prefabricated standard goods. Each ExpertMold and ProMold is individually designed and manufactured based on the customer’s specific configuration, including individually selected dimensions, geometry, shape parameters, technical specifications, design features and, where applicable, personalised details.

Because production is based on the customer’s individual choices and the finished product is specifically tailored to those requirements, ExpertMold and ProMold products cannot be cancelled, withdrawn from, returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, dissatisfaction with the selected configuration, or incorrect dimensions or parameters entered by the customer.

This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights if the product is defective, damaged, manufactured incorrectly or does not match the specifications confirmed in your order.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a standard product, please contact us first at dennis@createyourskate.com.

The fastest way to receive the product you want is usually to return the original item first and place a separate order for the new item once the return has been accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank, credit card provider or payment provider to process and post the refund.
