No problem. You can still pay in your currency at the checkout if you choose for example Paypal or a credit card. It will change to your currency as soon as you have logged into your service provider.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Our major carrier is DHL. In some countries DHL work together with local courier partners. For example: In the United States, DHL hands over the parcel to USPS.

Yes, every order (national and international) gets a parcel tracking code. You will get an automatic tracking email once your parcel has left the office.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot take back Expert and Pro products because they were made specifically for you with your measurements. (of course this does not apply to manufacturing errors)

1. Visit our fingerboard-mold-configurator and follow a few easy steps to design your board in 3D by choosing measurements and styles. (you can download your configuration-file at the end)

2. Order a ExpertMold or ProMold in the shop

3. Send us your configuration-file via email to info@createyourskate.com (If you have any questions about your design, feel free to include them to that email)

4. Production of your customized Mold starts

We provide step-by-step instructions for our Fingerboard-Mold-Kits as well as for our Ramp-Mold-Kits. These instructions are either included in the packaging as a print version or as an instruction video via a link or QR code (internet connection required). This ensures that you always have the most up-to-date instructions available.
