Delivery Times

For shipments to the United States and Canada via FedEx Express, the typical transit time is approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, seasonal shipping volume or other circumstances outside our control.
Please note that customized products such as our ExpertMold and ProMold are individually manufactured and therefore require additional production time before they can be shipped.
If you order products with different production or delivery times, we normally ship the complete order together. In this case, the longest applicable production time determines when the order is dispatched.
